Prof. Pingyi Fan, IET Fellow, NAAI Member, SMIEEE, Tsinghua University, China
Pingyi Fan received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1994. He is a tentured Professor and the Director of Open Source Data Recognition Innovation Center, Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University. From 1997 to 1999, he visited the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, and the University of Delaware, Newark, DE, USA. He also visited many universities and research institutes in the USA, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He has obtained many research grants, including national 973 Project, 863 Project, mobile special project and the key Research and Development program, National Natural Funds and International Cooperation Projects. He has published more than 600 papers (ORCID) including 184 IEEE journals and more than 16 ESI Highly Cited Papers as well as 5 academic books. He also applied for more than 40 national invention patents, 7 international patents. His current research interests are in 6G wireless communication network and machine learning, semantic information theory and generalized information theory, big data processing theory, intelligent network and system detection. Prof. Fan is the receipt of US-NAAI 2025 AI Exploration Award, and also won 16 Best Paper Awards of IEEE international conferences, including the IEEE ICCCS 2023 and 2024, ICC2020, and Globecom 2014, and received the Best Paper Award of IEEE TAOS Technical Committee in 2020, the Excellent Editor Award of IEEE TWC (2009), the Most Popular Scholar Award 2023 of AEIC, the Second Natural Prize of CIC (2023) and several international innovation exhibition medals, i.e., Gold Medal at the Russian Invention Exhibition-2024, Silver Medal at Geneva Invention Exhibition-2023, and Silver Medal at Paris Invention Exhibition-2023, and served as the editorial board member of several Journals, including IEEE and MDPI. He is currently an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking, the Editorial Board Member of Open Journal of Mathematical Sciences and IAES International Journal of Artificial Intelligence, the Section Editor-in-Chief of MDPI Electronics. the Deputy Director of China Information Theory society, the Co-chair of China’s 6G-ANA TG4, and the Chairman of Network and Communication Technology Committee of IEEE ChinaSIP. He is a member (Academician) of the United States National Academy of Artificial Intelligence (NAAI), Co-Chair of Academic Committee of NAAI Asia Research Institute and a Fellow of IET and IET Fellowship international Assessor.

Prof. Hazlie Mokhlis, IET Fellow, SMIEEE, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia
Hazlie Mokhlis received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. (Hons)) degree and a Master of Engineering Science (M.Eng.Sc) in Electrical Engineering from the Universiti Malaya in 1999 and 2003 respectively. He received Ph.D. degree from the University of Manchester in 2009. He is currently Senior Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Malaya. He held several important positions; Deputy Dean of Research (2013-2014), Deputy Dean of Postgraduate Studies (2014-2015, 2017-2018), Deputy Dean of Undergraduate Studies (2018-2019, 2021-2022), Head of Department (2015-2017) and Chairman for Cluster Innovative Industry & Sustainability Science (2022-2025) at the university level. Currently, as Executive Director of research Center. Dr Hazlie is actively involved in research as a Principal Investigator with a total amount of research grants more than RM 3 million. He is the author and co-author of more than 300 publications in international journals and proceedings in the area of Power and Energy Systems. Up to now, he had successfully supervised 40 Ph.D., 12 Master (by research), and 56 Master (Mix-mode and Course Work) candidates. He is also active as a reviewer for many reputable journals and several international conferences in the area of power and energy system. His outstanding research had been recognized as Top 2% scientists in the world by Stanford University Ranking since 2021 up to now. In 2021 he was awarded Top Research Scientist Malaysia by Academic Science Malaysia. Besides research, he is also active in the development of Malaysian Standards as a member of Working Group in the Development of Malaysian's Power System Analysis and Studies (WG6) and Expert Representative in IEC for project TC 8/PT 62786. He is also an external examiner/assessor for many local universities for the Electrical Engineering programme. He was chairman of IEEE Power Energy Society, Malaysia Chapter (2020-2022). Hazlie is a Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council UK, Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia, Fellow Institute of Engineering Technology (UK) and Fellow Academic Science Malaysia. Currently, Associate Editor for IEEE Access journal and e-PRIME journal. His research is focusing on improving the efficiency and resiliency of power system operation.

Prof. Fevrier Valdez, SMIEEE, Tijuana Institute of Technology/TecNM, Mexico
Fevrier Valdez is a researcher of the National System of Researchers Level 2 in Mexico recognized by CONACYT and Senior Member of IEEE. His main interests are Intelligence Computing, Swarm Intelligence, Bio- Inspired Computing, Evolutionary Computing, Fuzzy Logic, Neural Networks, Intelligence Control and Parallel Computing. Actually the Ph.D. Fevrier Valdez is developing research in the bio inspired and nature computing. This researching is of great relevance to international level which had allowed an international recognition. Is professor researcher of full time in the Tijuana Institute of Technology. With his academic production, the professor has achieved to publish papers in several international journals, world congress and some chapters of books which are described as follows. His productivity is 62 papers in indexed journals in the Journal Citation Reports, 60 chapters of books, 69 congress memories and 4 books. In total,he has more than 290 publications with h index of 38 and more than 7000 citations according to Google Scholar. Also, one research was recognized as a Best Paper Award Second Place with the paper “Backpropagation Method with Type-2 Fuzzy Weight Adjustment for Neural Network Learning” in the Congress North American Fuzzy Information Processing Society 2012, Berkeley CA, USA. The Dr. Valdez, nowadays he is reviewer of papers in the international journals like Applied Soft Computing, Information Sciences, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems e IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks, Hindawi, NeuroScience, etc.
